Shipping & Handling
Orders will ship on Wednesday & Saturday, excluding holidays when shipping services are not available. Every effort will be made to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

US Domestic~
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping to customer on all In Stock and Pre-Order Jackets are FREE.
Shipping charges on Accessories & Sale/Final Sale items are calculated based on order price.

International Shipping~
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (6 – 10 business days).
Shipping outside of the US, on all items are calculated based on order price.

Duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of goods.

Please note that shipping times are as stated by USPS and are not guaranteed by Atelier Francesca.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Exchanges & Returns
We take pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise & we hope that you are thrilled with your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. We are happy to make an exchange or return that adhere to our policies below.
 
Policies~
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or return. Items must be unworn & in perfect condition, with all tags still attached in their original packaging. Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow ten business days for a return or exchange to be processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Atelier Francesca is not responsible for lost merchandise, so we recommend shipping with tracking & insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Exchanges~
We will gladly exchange your purchase for another size or color of the same style within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
To make an exchange send us an email at: info@atelierfrancesca.com
We will email you an exchange form to fill out & return with your package.
We will hold onto your correct size/color until we receive your package.
We will send you the new tracking # when we ship your exchange.

Returns~
If you decide it’s just not for you, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached.

We will email you a return form to fill out & return with your package.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email & let you know whether or not your return has been approved or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or you will be sent a refund if you paid cash. May take up to 10 days to process the refund.
Depending on your credit card company, this process may take an additional week.

Any returns mailed after the 14 day window may receive a partial refund, but this is at the discretion of Atelier Francesca.
 
Final Sale items~
Only regular priced & Pre Order items may be returned. Final Sale is clearly marked & cannot be returned.
 
Non-returnable items~
Gift Certificates, which are not available right now but will be in the future.
