Policies ~
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or return. Items must be unworn & in perfect condition, with all tags still attached in their original packaging. Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will gladly exchange your purchase for another size or color of the same style within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

We will hold onto your correct size/color until we receive your package.
Returns ~
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached.

Once we have received your package your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or you will be sent a refund if you paid cash. May take up to 10 days to process the refund.
Any returns mailed after the 14 day window may receive a partial refund, but this is at the discretion of Atelier Francesca.
Final Sale items ~Only regular priced & Pre Order items may be returned. Final Sale is clearly marked & cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items ~
Gift Certificates, which are not available right now but will be in the future.

CYA – we send out everything with tracking & insurance, we suggest you do the same with exchanges & returns. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
