Happy Monday. Happy Earth Day! Spring is popping everywhere in the northern hemisphere. And Spring celebrations abound. Whether it’s an Easter Egg Hunt, a Cherry Blossom Festivals or even a Water Festival people are celebrating the Spring Equinox.

Happy Times
One of my favorite childhood memories of Easter is coloring Easter eggs. I remember my excitement when my Mother came home with the Paas Decorating Kit. Our kitchen table was set up with the bowls, dye kit, hardboiled eggs and the empty egg carton to let my creations dry. I would draw on the eggs with the wax crayon then gently placing the hardboiled egg into the dye – careful not to crack it. Amazed at how the eggshell was transformed into beautiful, vibrant shades of pink, orange, blue and green. Then carefully scooping up the egg with the wire egg dipper. Oh, joyful hours of fun creating with color!
